How to increase traffic to your eBay listing and store

Five tips to help you increase the amount of that you receive to your eBay listings and to your eBay store, hi, guys it’s Sam day here from databse calm and in this video I’m sharing five tips that will Help you to increase the amount of traffic to your eBay store, enter your eBay listings.

Tip number one is to make sure you are doing effective, search engine optimization for your eBay store and for your eBay listings now search engine optimization is basically the art of ranking. Your products fairly highly on the eBay search results, so your listings are seen on the first page of eBay for keywords related to your product.

As a new seller on eBay, you are likely to be dependent on the traffic generated from the eBay search results, so making sure your listings are properly optimized would definitely help you to attract more visitors to your listings.

Now it’s, one thing: getting your eBay listings on the first page of eBay: it’s; another thing actually getting people to click on your listing, as opposed to some of the other listings that appear on page 1 of eBay.

Now this will take a little bit of what’s known as human SEO. You want to make sure that your listing has an attractive, thumbnail image. Now the thumbnail image is shown in search results, and you want this to be the best possible image to represent your product and to represent your listing the more attractive.

This image is the more clicks you are likely to get to your listing. Now. So if you want to learn do that, to make your thumbnail image look even more professional, then I’ll leave a link in the description down below it shows you do that now, as a rule of thumb, you genuinely want To leave the title of your eBay listing to do all of the search engine, optimization work for you, so you want to leave out any kind of descriptive words that people are not actively searching to find your product.

You want to leave those words the subtitle, so if you are using the subtitle, it’s also a great way to entice people to click on your items by telling them a little bit more telling them why your product is unique and why they Should click on your listing as opposed to your competitors? Now it will cost you a little bit extra to add a subtitle to your eBay listing.

However, depending on what your ROI is or your return on investment on that specific listing, it may make sense for certain products that you sell tip number three is: if you’re selling wholesale items, make sure you keep your inventory stocked up now.

You may notice, if you do this correctly, that your listings are actually promoted on, say, Google, ads or other type of online advertisements and eBay love to do this with products that are selling really well.

And if you keep your inventory stocked up, you’re likely to get enrolled in this and get a lot more visitors to your eBay listings, not to mention if you have a good tool cancelled listing and that listing is doing very well.

You want to make sure that you can keep that listing stock up and up for as long as possible, because the more visitors and viewers and it generates is the higher it’s likely to rank on eBay search results.

And, as we know, the higher you are on eBay search results, the more visitors are likely to get to your eBay listing tip. Number four is to list your item in more than one category. Normally, when you’re listing your eBay item, you have the option of listing it in one or in two categories.

Now, if you list it in two categories, you’re likely to be visible in more places on the eBay search results. So I definitely recommend to list it in to wherever possible, now tip number five is to actually utilize the a word bar PayPal integration feature now.

A word bar for those of you who don’t know is an email services that helps you to market to clients via email. Now I’m sure you’ve, been onto eBay before, and you’ve clicked on a product and you’ve been logged into eBay and you haven’t bought that product in you abandoned Cart and then, a couple of days later, you get an email from eBay, saying: hey.

We saw that you checked out this product, you know, are you ready to make a purchase? Yet this is called email and you can do it as well with your eBay listings, so basically how it works is.

If you connect your Aweber account to your PayPal account, then when someone makes a purchase from you on eBay, it will store that person’s email. So let’s say you’re listing a similar product later on down the line.

So, for example, you might have sold someone some sports shoes and then two weeks later you have a new listing that has sports socks. You know that person who bought sports shoes is probably likely to be interested in sports socks as well.

So what you can do is log in to your Aweber account and send an email saying: hey. You know you recently bought sports shoes. Would you like some sports socks to go with that and hey? You know you get more visitors to your eBay listings and these are past customers, and you know what kind of products they like.

So it can help you to generate more visitors and targeted visitors to your eBay listing now.
